Out colourful boats are sailing around the lake at least four days a week in front of the "Community Sports House", its many tenants and visiting corporate groups, past the Clocktower Shopping Centre, Bond Uni Residences, Aldi shops, Varsity College students and families, local businesses and residences. We are currently training for the next interstate competitions leading up to the Special Olympics World Summer Games. Our very successful team represented Australia in the last World Games held in LA2015 with Nine Sailors - 4 Gold Medals - 5 Silver Medals, previously Athens and Shanghai both coming home with Gold & Silver Medals. The Special Olympics World Summer Games is a 4 year cycle - Regional (Year 1), State (Year 2), National (Year 3), World Games (Year 4) Shanghai 2007 Athens 2011 Hollywood 2015
